Announcements
Use the Announcements page to manage announcements displayed to customer end-users on the front page of the Self-serve User Portal.
- Go to Settings - General Settings - Announcements. All currently displayed announcements are listed (click on an announcement to view message details).
Create a new announcement
- Click on New Announcement.
- Enter the title of the announcement in the Subject field and the announcement itself in the Message field (you can choose to format the text using the formatting tools).
- Click on Save to save the announcement - it will now be displayed on the Self-serve User Portal.
